  my experience was very good when i bought a penny board the salesman was very happy to talk to me and what not but i asked him what was the return policy and he turns to another man to ask him and he says 30 days (i only have a penny board on the counter) im new to skating so i was seeing if a penny board would do anyway i didnt feel happy bout it i felt like something was wrong with the board so i come the next day and try and return but the manager tells me that its a final sale WOW! i wish i would have been told that or have a lil sign on the board letting me know before or have someone let me know before. SO i let her know what happend that i asked already about the return policy but she didnt care she just said sorry bro its final sale, why couldnt i get my money back with an exception because i was informed it was 30 days i could return it. very unhappy felt like they didnt care.
