  The customer service here is beyond amazing! They remember the people that come in day to day. They staff works as a team and it is very apparent that they do. Its great! I love it when checking out the cashier this morning asked me, "hey, how are you feeling? Better i hope because you look a lot better now. Before you could tell you weren't feeling good." and being able to reply with "yes actually im feeling 100% better" and was just like stumped cuz i hadnt had that type of awesomeness happen while at the check out line.

  I have been a shopper at the downtown Smart & Final since it was located on Chapala back in the 1970's, I am really glad they put a store at 5 Points shopping center and across from COSTCO because I live near Turnpike so I shop at the 5 Points location. The store is very clean and well organized with a great selection at the lowest prices, The store employees always have a great attitude and really keep the store clean and well stocked along with making the check out process very quick and efficient so there is seldom a wait in the check out line. I just have one small complaint, they need to restock the 5 pound bags of Hoody's Salted Peanuts
