Reviews about Sears

Personally I like this sears, their clearance section is great, and I find the people to be helpful. The applicance sales people kinda scare me, but other than that I go here all the time! I always leave happy, and everyone is always helpful and personable. At times you do have to stand in a line to purchase something but I cannot fathom why that would be upsetting to anyone. Have you never stood in a line before? Have you been to a grocery store? This sears is great and their prices are competitive and their coupons are great! USE THE COUPONS!

Horrible service. Depressing. Waited on hold for so long to find out if they had something specific for a present. Finally gave up and drove down. Sifted through piles of incorrectly stocked items, finally found something I thought could work. I saw a register with 15 people in line, so I went to another all the way across the store. She told me the line was two depts over. Also 15 people in line. Finally went to jewelry because there were only 2 people in line. When I got to the register the lady told me I couldn't purchase non-jewelry items there. Really? You mean I've been buying non-jewelry items at that counter for 10+ years and TODAY, Christmas Eve, suddenly I can't? This store has THREE registers open. ON CHRISTMAS EVE! No wonder this store is going bankrupt. It's a ghost town 99% of the time. Wonder if this is a reflection of the poor service and the reason people only brave this place when there are "deals" at Christmas? I miss Target.
