- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★July 30, 2019, by Charles RayA privately owned indoor/outdoor mall with shops for every taste. It is what the American Riviera is all about. Many good restaurants, shops, and movie theaters, and it is the center of the Santa Barbara International Film Festival where you might see a celebrity or two. Just don't take too many pictures unless you get permission from the office - they require it before you can take any videos. It is a great place to see and be seen.
