- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆January 26, 2019, by Kirk EvansI'm not surprised the last guy walked out with all new equipment. my experience is they don't really want to repair your old stuff, just want to sell you new stuff. the girl at the counter has been trained to say "it's your carb, cheaper to buy a new one" without even starting your equipment to diagnose it. make sure they at least check your spark plug ($5) and air filter before you spend big bucks on something new.
