Do a conference call boneless or a PowerPoint magic slide. This will power up your standing desk and make you stop sitting!

I have a stand-up desk, and I use the FluidStance every morning while I check my email and have my morning coffee. I hope to get into the habit of using it even more, but I find that if I at least use it a bit each morning it helps get my concentration and energy level set right for a productive day.
