- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 03, 2020, by Joseph LNeeds more knowledgeable and friendly people answering phones. Hispanic lady answered who wasn't familiar with the Belgian beer (Duvel) that I was looking for. Since she had no clue what I was asking about, she IMMEDIATELY said no they don't carry it. I tried asking her if she even knew what it was, and she admitted she didn't. She didn't even try to look, and ask someone else to help her. She was a complete liar and very incompetent and should NOT be answering the phones.
